Opportunities with Experience O-W-E C.I.C is not only
helping women ‘break the mould’ of little or no women working on a construction site in manual trades but we are helping young men too.
We do this by offering experiential learning and simulated sessions. We build their confidence, offer work experience, a qualification and CSCS card for future opportunities to work on a construction site.
We are improving their opportunity for employment.
