The Training Programme Content
Working hours: 9.30 – 5 pm Monday to Friday (also flexible to suit).
Course hours: 10 am – 2pm (3 pm if you want to stay).
*Our trainers/assessors work in small groups of 6-8 to give you the attention you need
Our courses are run over 10, 5 or 3 days and includes:
Participants coffee morning (1 day). We hold this session to introduce your working environment by using videos and photos of previous sessions, guest speakers and answering any questions.
* Taught by qualified tradeswomen
We are aiming to target 100 women aged 19+ in 2025-2026.
We work with the Justify Service, local trade business, Community Charity and construction companies. We always offer participant at least one week’s work experience; which could effectively lead to employment in the right environment .
