 A Route into Construction Trades

Brief overview of 11-day Pop Up Interior Decorating/CSCS card training for Women.
(1 day) Coffee morning

Women in Construction Awareness Programme held to introduce the course using videos and photos of previous sessions, answer any questions and personal information.
Booking form completed

(3 days) Practice simulated trades skills in interior decorating. Sessions held in community hubs.

(4 days) Complete work experience on a local community project. We are always in search of local community building that need painting.

(2 days) Complete the Health and Safety Awareness eCourse (eHSA). We can provide laptops.
Includes revision and booking HS&E test and completing evaluation/feedback form.

(1 day) Stakeholders and participants coffee morning
Discuss the course outcomes.
Presentation of Certificate Of Achievement
Re book 2nd test for participants who were not successful.
Apply for CSCS Green Labourers card for those who have passed HS&E test.
